Plant-bassed cooking

 On,Wednesday, November, 15th

 I had a saucepan with my lovely friend, Miku. It was a little cold, so we feel like eating something hot. We thought that was a saucepan absolutely! We went to a supermarket,EON, and bought o lot of vegetables at there.

The recipe for the pan we made was very simple. First, in a boiling pot, I put the cut Chinese cabbage, enoki, chrysanthemum, pumpkin, carrot, tofu, pork, tsukune, and shirataki noodles. And that, we had to just wait until the ingredients are stewed.



I guess many people have a saucepan, because of the cold weather in Niigata, so I want you to tell me your favorite saucepan!! 

We talked what kinds of saucepans should we do next time,for example, Kimchi hotpot, soy milk hot pot, and so on.
